Induction & Joining formalities• Managing new employee on boarding, ensure employee personnel files are real time updated• Briefing the New joiners about company policies & procedures• Ensuring the completion of joining formalities(Issue offer letter/ Appointment letters and Collection of mandatory documents)• Verification of documents, bank a/c opening, Official email ID creation, EMP ID.• Ensure complete profile creation of the new joiners by updating the details of the new joiners in the internal Tool.• Update the location, Manager, designation, department etc. change in the tool based on the request received from respective BU. Back Ground Verification :• Collect the required documents to initiate the BGV process for the new joiners/ existing employee and ensure all the checks performed by Vendors based on the request received from each Business Unit.• Co-ordinate with respective Vendor and employee to proceed further in the BGV process in case of any discrepancy and for the required approval from the HR management.• Verifying BGV Reports for the requested employees to complete the BGV process.• As per the agreement, always ensures Vendors invoice payment working with finance team to close the billing on priority. Back Ground Checks :• Collect the required documents and verify before confirmation.• Co-ordinate with respective team ( Finance, IT, Facility etc ) in case of any discrepancy.• Ensure the response has shared with correct details of Ex- employee to proceed further. Insurance :• Verifying the onboarding documents for dependent enrollment.• Ensure all the required Insurance details has been shared in Induction.• Co-ordinate with Vendor for Addition, deletion data of employees.• Ensure to address the respective queries with in the time frame.
