Recruitment:• Work closely with the Business Heads for drawing recruitment plans, setting up processes, job descriptions.• Rebuilding the process of selection with innovative ideas.• Understanding the business requirements and linking it with the sourcing and selection strategies.• To establish and maintain effective relationship with internal customer and external customers and identify areas of service improvements.• To ensure that the recruitment process and procedures are continually adhered to and implemented effectively.• Review and track progress against Recruitment Plan, improve turnaround time for recruitment.• Responsible for Manpower Planning, Sourcing, Selection, Hiring and inducting talent.• Short listing candidates from existing database, Job Portals, vendors, references etc.• Vendor Management• Coordinating walk-in interviews, conducting telephonic interviews if required.• Conducting initial HR round of interviews.• Reference checks.• Offer letters & appointment letters for the candidate.• Salary Negotiation.• Monthly MIS reports.2. Employee Relation:• Joining formalities for all new joinees• Preparing the Joining Circular for every new joinee.• Follow-up and getting the newly opened Bank accounts conveyed to accounts dept for salary process.• Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management)• PF, ESIC issues.• Reviewing employee grievances and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of concerns or issues.Specialties:End to end recruitmentVendor ManagementDatabase Management
