Founded GirlCoded, a pioneering society at the University of Birmingham dedicated to fostering a safe and inclusive space for women and non-binary people of colour to excel in tech- Spearheaded society operations, from initial registration and branding to event planning and community engagement, creating a welcoming environment for underrepresented voices in STEM- Promoted visibility and representation through targeted campaigns and events, addressing the barriers faced by marginalised groups in technology and encouraging inclusivity- Collaborated with other STEM societies at the University of Birmingham to co-host events, including interdisciplinary panels, coding challenges, and networking sessions, fostering a unified and inclusive tech community.
