I am an innovative HSE leader with 20+ years of experience in transforming safety cultures, engaging with and influencing stakeholders at all levels (from frontline performers to senior leadership) and supporting safe drilling, production and project delivery within the upstream oil and gas industry. A majority of my career has been spent with major IOCs, including number of successful short and long term international assignments. I possess diverse portfolio of expertise and knowledge in various aspects of HSE business, including HSE management systems development and implementation, risk management, process safety management, MOC, HSE auditing, contractor HSE management, incident investigation (RCA), project HSE planning and execution, safe systems of work (PTW, JSA, LSR), emergency and crisis management, motor vehicle and transportation safety, behavioral based safety, HazCom and others. I\'m a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and an enthusiasm to achieve business objectives in the most effective way. I\'m an inspiring, motivating team leader and effective manager but I also never hesitate to \"roll my sleeves up\" and \"get my hands dirty\". I have obtained various internationally recognized OH & S certifications throughout my career and I have hands-on experience in number of different operational areas (production, maintenance, construction/major capital projects, logistics, drilling and workover, exploration, manufacturing, etc.)
