My Role:• I manage the UK and South African business development teams for homecare and complex care• Monitor and develop performance of individual team members.• Introduce company services to numerous stakeholders within both the NHS and private sectors.• Provide induction and training support for new team members as well as on-going support and training for existing team members.• Lead meetings which are to the point, informative, motivational and can proactively detect potential upcoming issues in packages through transparent dialogue from the workforce.• Maintaining and establishing relationships to actively promote all Greenstaff Medical services and increase business opportunities.• Collaborate with heads of departments to ensure that regional and niche resourcing activities support the short, medium and long term operational requirements of the business.• Work with marketing to develop a solid strategy to find, attract and engage with relevant target audience, and to ensure the brand is visible to all potential recruits.Overview:Right Nurse, Right NowGreenstaff Medical is a specialist healthcare staffing agency who have been providing high quality talent across the UK since 2014.
