With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality and vacation ownership sectors, I am honored to serve as the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing for Marriott Vacations Worldwide. My primary focus is to drive strategic growth through customer acquisition for best-in-class vacation ownership brands including Marriott, Westin, Sheraton and Hyatt globally. I specialize in developing integrated marketing campaigns aimed at affinity prospects, which ultimately lead to sales conversions and foster long-term brand loyalty. My expertise encompasses scaling new owner acquisition through data-driven marketing strategies and decision-making while keeping a customer-first mindset at the forefront. I have expertise in both traditional direct marketing and digital marketing channels and have a proven track record managing multi-million-dollar omni-channel marketing budgets. This includes working across digital, print, and in-person platforms.Additionally, I have the privilege of leading high-performance cross-functional teams, which include contact centers and customer-facing resort marketers.
