   At Stellantis, I lead quality and launch operations for advanced vehicle systems, managing end-to-end execution from pre-production through start of production.As A DRE I built and guided a cross-functional team responsible for APQP, PPAP, and engineering change management (ECNs) to ensure programs met all customer and corporate requirements. My role spans ADAS, Body Control, Infotainment, LiDAR, and High-Voltage EV systems — overseeing validation, testing, and integration to deliver reliable performance across global platforms. I collaborate with design, validation, and supplier teams to drive process flow, PFMEA, and control plan development, while managing diagnostics and troubleshooting through tools like CANoe, CANalyzer, MATLAB, and Simulink. I lead 8D problem-solving for launch and warranty issues, track key quality metrics, and implement corrective actions that strengthen field performance and reduce claims. I also coordinate customer builds, audits, and approvals, including PPAP, PSW, MSA, and IMDS submissions. Beyond the technical side, I focus on developing people — coaching engineers on QMS standards, improving communication across teams, and promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
