I am a Principal Development Scientist with 15+ years of experience driving analytical development, method lifecycle management, and CMC strategy across pharmaceutical development programs within GMP-regulated environments.My expertise spans end-to-end analytical support—from early-phase method development and forced degradation through validation, stability programs, and commercial readiness. I specialize in chromatographic and mass spectrometry techniques (HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS), enabling robust, phase-appropriate methods that withstand regulatory scrutiny and accelerate timelines to IND and NDA/BLA submissions.In my current role, I lead laboratory operations and mentor scientific teams while serving as a technical escalation point for complex analytical challenges.
