I’ve spent my career moving between three worlds — the boardroom, the trading floor, and the leadership classroom. Most people inhabit one.For me, the common thread is simple: the best leadership development is inseparable from the real practice of leadership.Today I bring that perspective to my work as a Senior Global Facilitator with Harvard Business Impact (formerly known as Harvard Business Publishing), where I design and deliver leadership engagements with Harvard Business School faculty and Harvard Business Review authors for CXO-1 executives across Fortune 500 companies, family-owned enterprises, and high-growth organizations. I’ve worked with more than leaders globally across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and Asia — with clients including the world’s largest oil company, the largest independent pan-Asian life insurance group, the largest public sector bank in India, and the second-largest global food and beverage company.My work frequently focuses on AI, digital transformation, data-led decision making, customer centricity, sustaining competitive advantage, and finding purpose — helping leadership teams translate strategy into leadership behaviors and organizational outcomes.In my operating career, I currently serve as Chief of Strategy & Staff and Tenured Board Advisor to International Amusement Limited, one of India’s largest entertainment destination providers. Over the past 13 years I have held senior leadership roles across strategy, finance, and business development, partnering closely with founders and board members on long-term growth strategy, corporate governance, and leadership transitions.Earlier in my career, I spent a decade in global investment banking and private equity with the International Finance Corporation (New Delhi), Lehman Brothers (New York), and Nomura (Hong Kong), where I led the Structured Credit Syndicate and Secondary Trading business for Asia ex-Japan, overseeing cross-border transactions and business lines across 12 countries.A published HBR author, I also serve on the Board of Directors of the Harvard Business School Club of India, coach startup founders at NSRCEL (IIM Bengaluru), and teach leadership modules for a leading global edtech platform.I care deeply about bridging the gap between education, entrepreneurship, and employment in emerging markets, and support UNICEF and other organizations advancing gender parity and social impact.Harvard Business School (AMP)| Brandeis University | Certified Coach (ACSTH)| English & Hindi
