In addition to the documentation, compliances, tax litigation, have garnered extensive experience on projects related to- Dispute resolution mechanisms such as Advance Pricing Agreements, Mutual Agreement Procedures (successful closures)- Designing/ strategising global tax structures / business models - Devising defence strategies for tax litigations at all appellate levels, business unit valuations and tax compliances in various industries (Textile, Manufacturing, Healthcare, IT/ITeS, etc.)- End-to-end implementation of CbCR / Master file for India as well as other tax jurisdictions
