About Me‍I am Nupur Kumar Ruparelia, a 22-year-old MSc Business and Organisational Psychology student with a BSc in Applied Psychology from NMIMS Mumbai. With a strong interest in industrial psychology and the HR department, I have completed numerous internships in I/O psychology, focusing on leadership development, communication skills, and public speaking. My experience includes numerous Talent Acquisition and Human Resource internships and projects along with hosting large-scale events multiple times, which has further enhanced my organizational and public speaking abilities. Additionally, I am the founder of Quarantreats By Nupur, a successful baking venture started in 2020 that continues to thrive.
