Abdul Kalam Technical University, I’ve spent several years honing my skills as an IT Business Analyst across diverse industries like insurance and manufacturing. My journey has taken me from being a Process Analyst at Provana to my current role as a Senior Business Analyst at Exponentia.ai—each step fueled by my passion for digital transformation.At Hyster-Yale Group, I played a pivotal role in enhancing our global digital platform by gathering user requirements that led to significant improvements in operational efficiency—think 30% faster project delivery times! My time at Bajaj Allianz was equally rewarding; I spearheaded initiatives that improved business processes through effective stakeholder engagement while ensuring compliance with non-functional requirements.What drives me is the thrill of problem-solving.
