Hi, I’m Nuoya! I’m a third-year Bachelor of Business Administration student at the University of Toronto, specializing in Accounting with a strong interest in marketing and strategy.I’m drawn to accounting as a way to better understand business operations, strategic decision-making, and value creation. My co-op experience as a Junior Staff Accountant at Tator, Rose & Leong strengthened this foundation, where I • supported audit engagements for condominium corporations and private career colleges• developed technical skills in Excel and CaseWare• built strong stakeholder relationships with clients and property managersOutside of accounting, I’ve been very involved with The Marketing Group, UTSC’s largest marketing hub, first as Director of Brand Management and currently as Vice President of Marketing. Through this, I’ve developed a passion for creative strategy, branding, and digital storytelling. I’m especially interested in designing products and UI/UX, with a focus on bridging strategy, technology, and user-centered design.Beyond academics and work, I’m passionate about music (I play piano and guitar) and figure skating. I find that both encourage me to think creatively while maintaining discipline, focus, and attention to detail in everything I do.
