Responsible for guiding and leading two teams that develop Signage solutions. Manage day to day activities of the teams, delegate tasks, empowering the team to improve their product knowledge and communication skills. As an Engineering Manager I also have the following responsibilities- Work closely with the Product manager and stakeholders - Maintain a productive working environment for development teams - Manage technical debt - Ensure code quality - Conduct appraisals - Recruiting
