ABOUT NUNO MOREIRA

Motivated strongly by contemporary architecture and design in its multiple forms, I use and develop my acquired knowledge, experience and skills into the projects I\'m involved with, from three dimensional concepts to detail, overseeing drawing packages, coordination with consultants and clients, while ensuring budgets and schedules are met. With over twenty years of experience in the design, planning and design development of major renovation projects for a diverse range of clients. Graduated from Lisbon University\'s Faculty of Architecture in 1994, after attending Milan\'s Faculty of Architecture. In Lisbon established and maintained collaboration with TM70, an award winning architectural office, an experience that provided me with solid architectural knowledge and strong design skills. As a team member I\'ve participated in larger scale projects, ensuring a highly creative and detailed quality in designing interiors, coordinated with the functional and technological aspects of the projects. I have the experience in guiding the process of complex projects and facilitating the communication necessary to achieve consensus and results within an identified time frame. I am skilled in the application of regulatory standards and the challenges inherent in achieving the client\'s expectations in renovation projects.
