Estates and Infrastructure Exchange (EIX) is a new investment exchange based in the City of London.It is the first global exchange to focus exclusively on estates and infrastructure as an asset class. EIX was established to address the USD2tn annual gap of unfunded infrastructure projects globally. This gap is expected to grow despite the trillions of institutional and professional funds seeking direct investment into infrastructure. EIX mission is to narrow this gap by establishing the EIX trading venue, creating liquidity, providing transparency in pricing and improving the analysis of project finance risk for professional Investors.
