I am excited to have joined Hively in 2025 as their NEW External Affairs Manager. This opportunity enables me to put into action all of my nonprofit and social impact experience to contribute toward a mission in which families and individuals of Alameda County can access essential services and programs to help them thrive. At Erica Nuñez Consulting, I\'m passionate about creating collaborative strategies, systems, and communications that help nonprofits and small businesses make a bigger difference. My goal has been to empower these organizations by helping them tell their stories and grow their reach. Before founding Erica Nuñez Consulting, I served as the Social Impact Manager at Twitter for the SF/Bay Area, where I led initiatives that strengthened over 35 community partnerships and boosted employee engagement among our 2,500 employees in the region. This was my dream job - cut short due to the 2022 Twitter acquisition (now known as \"X\")- and I am excited to return to this work! With over 15 years in the nonprofit sector leading programs and initiatives, I have a deep understanding of the challenges and passion that fuels good work in the community and the importance of building relationships and diverse partnerships. With this comes high-level clarity on how solid systems and communications are implemented to manage and highlight value. At my core, I am genuinely curious about others and what inspires them in life. I love bringing people together through intentional connections, thoughtful planning, and a solutions-focused mindset. It’s incredibly rewarding to foster environments that inspire growth, curiosity, and lasting social impact.
