I manage a team of data engineers and data analysts working on data warehousing.My team integrates data from multiple sources in the data warehouse to generate meaningful new data and perform deduplication. These processes are carried out using two primary systems: Microsoft On-prem and Microsoft Azure.In addition to developing data warehouses, my team creates datasets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various business units, generating valuable insights.The datasets in the data warehouse are also utilized in strategic areas such as improving company products and predicting customer behavior (e.g, churn). Since the quality of data in source systems significantly impacts the data warehouse, one of my team\'s responsibilities is ensuring effective data governance.Moreover, my team analyzes all processes related to data structure, data storage methods, and more, providing a comprehensive approach to data management.
