Ensuring seamless travel and expense management by aligning system capabilities with business requirements, maintaining compliance, and supporting end users Globally. • Design and implement Core SAP Concur Configurations like custom workflows, Audit Rules, Forms & Fields, List Management, Expense Types, VAT settings Etc. Developing & Maintaining integrations between SAP Concur and ERP systems such as SAP. • Deployment & Hypercare - Support global rollouts and Hypercare phases for New Concur Deployments, including configuration for New Locations and ERP Alignment. • Technical Support & Troubleshooting - Provide Tier 2/3 support for issues such as login failures, data sync errors, and mobile access problems. Escalate complex issues to SAP Concur Support when needed • Data Management & Automation - Manage daily imports/exports, error logs, and reconciliation processes. Automate data flows using job plans and scripts.• Collaboration & Governance - Work closely with finance, HR, and IT teams to gather requirements, implement enhancements, and ensure compliance with global policies & support deployment initiatives. • Documentation & Knowledge Base - Maintain internal KBAs and training guides for login procedures, image delivery extracts, and system configurations OnBase by Hyland:• Develop and maintain OnBase solutions including workflows,(DIP)Document Import Processor, Unity Management Console, Unity Forms, WorkView applications, and custom scripts. • Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning & providing technical support and troubleshooting for OnBase-related issues. • Administering OnBase platform, including user access, system configuration, OnBase Studio, Citrix, Unity Client, Task Scheduler, Document Retrieval, Document Imaging, Scan Queue, Advance Capture, Infiniworx.
