I am a Senior Recruiter specializing in US IT staffing, delivery management, and end-to-end talent acquisition across public sector, Fortune 500, and enterprise clients. With hands-on experience across VMS platforms, visa classifications, compliance-driven hiring, strategic sourcing, and team leadership, I help organizations connect with high-quality technical talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.Over the years, I’ve grown from a Management Trainee into a Senior Recruiter and Team Lead, progressing through roles at LanceSoft, Emonics, Brandon Consulting Associates, Interon IT Solutions, and now VARITE.
