Civil, Structural, Mechanical and over 25 yrs. as SME in Coatings in several industries from Military bases to US naval vessels, Tanks linings Pipelines to commercial Nuclear Plants with fuel, chemical, and tank coatings including estimating, scheduling, and contract and contractor management or oversight. I am very well versed in Gov. regulations including NRC CFR requirements. I have over 25 yrs. In the Commercial & Naval Nuclear industry. 11 yrs. U.S Navy Nuclear aircraft carrier and submarine Inspection program, NAVSEA certified. I am a subject matter expert in the marine & Nuclear coatings field from coatings testing and implementation & approval for Naval use in the ship building and ship repair industry by helping certify coatings for the U.S Navy, with 20yrs. NAVSEA inspection of all marine coating, I am certified NACE, SSPC, NBPI, AND STASR in coating inspection.I have a very strong background in commercial nuclear QA/QC program. Working in Field Engineering on Civil projects. I have served as Nuclear Oversight and Subcontract Technical Rep over Civil and coating contractors performing planning, coordination and scheduling of subcontractor work of over a hundred employees in New construction I am Currently certified Nuclear QC Inspector in the following disciplines Mechanical, including Pumps, Valves, In-Service Leak testing, Hangars, Snubbers, full Civil, Concrete, Soils, grout, anchors, rebar, fabrication, pre-placement and placement as well as a subject matter expert with mechanical couplers/ assemblies and rebar fabrication.pre-cast. Dry cast- spent fuel rod storage, Structural, bolting, configuration, final Configuration, Coatings and Receipt Inspection as well as IWE/IWL inside/outside containment VT Penetration Seals, Tendons, and Dry Cask Storage, and a NACE certified coating Inspector. I have a very strong background in mechanical and structural with Epri training on Pumps, valves, leak testing and pressure vessels, structural welded and bolted connections, coatings with failure analysis.license Renewal Inspector As the Primary License renewal Inspector for 10CFR 50.65 of Systems and Structures Inspection for NRC license renewal of the Turkey Point Nuclear station, I am currently Certified in multiple disciplines at the following Nuclear Utilities; Dominion, Duke, Exelon, Florida Power & light, Southern Co. and First Energy, Entergy,
