I\'m the Regional Market Leader for Mercer in Northern Ireland - responsible for our market presence, client engagement and wellbeing. I have 20 years\' experience of advising trustees and companies on all aspects of pensions. I am committed to the delivery of high quality consulting advice in a user friendly pragmatic fashion. I understand all aspects of pension scheme management, funding and investment as well as wider benefit solutions. I enjoy learning about my client\'s business, engaging with trustees and driving outcomes for all. I am proud to say I\'ve worked for Mercer since graduating in 2002. I\'ve worked in our Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds offices before returning home to Belfast. I am a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute and I have a degree in Finance from Queen\'s University Belfast. I\'m committed to life long learning and I enjoy audio books, Pilates and even the dreaded spin in my free time. Although \'free time\' is a challenge between the day job and being a mum of two fairly demanding young boys.
