I work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, helping complex organizations translate ambitious goals into systems and programs that actually deliver results.Today I serve as a Director and Client Account Lead in the energy and infrastructure sector, responsible for revenue growth, delivery performance, and client relationships across large enterprise programs. Much of my work involves partnering with executive teams to shape initiatives and leading multidisciplinary teams responsible for delivering them.My background spans digital transformation, customer strategy, and large-scale operational programs across energy, infrastructure, and industrial organizations. Earlier in my career I spent significant time working directly with field teams and construction crews on complex infrastructure projects, which continues to shape how I think about strategy and technology today, both should ultimately enable the people doing the work.Across these experiences I’ve been particularly energized by building durable operating capabilities: helping organizations strengthen how they plan, execute, and scale complex initiatives while delivering measurable outcomes.
