After 10 fabulous years with Proctor & Gamble / Wella, traveling the world and progressing from a local role to a National position, I left the corporate world to raise my two amazing daughters. In 2009 I jumped back into the working world by Co-Founding The TPS Group. Working with people in the recruiting and staffing industry was a natural fit from all my years interviewing, hiring, and training people.
