   Employed with Dholera Industrial City Development Limited (DICDL) since August-2018, Dholera Industrial City Development Ltd is a Special Purpose Vehicle formed as a Joint Venture by Government of Gujarat through Dholera Special Investment Regional Development Authority (DSIRDA) and Government of India through National Industrial Corridor Development and Implementation Trust (NICDC)- Responsible to manage all IT & ICT related Matters of DICDL- Handle, e-Governance Applications across Smart City, City Portal Management, Command and Control Centre, Data Centre, City Wide Networking, City Surveillance, SCADA for Water Utilities and related ICT Infrastructure for World Class Smart City-Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with the organization’s overall goals and objectives- Sound knowledge of service and application delivery, as well as successful service level agreement accomplishments- Monitoring systems / applications and responding immediately to security or usability concerns- Responsible to handle smart city outsourcing and governance of various components of IT Infrastructure- Dholera Webportal https://dholera.gujarat.gov.in/ creation and city portal management- ERP implementation for DICDL employees consist of 13 modules- Dholera mobile app for Android and iOS creation and app management - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and application support- Upgradation of systems as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution- Government E-market (GEM) procurement for IT and Admin departments.
