ABOUT NATHAN T.

After graduating high school in 2016, I worked as a CNA in a long-term care facility. At the time, I had the intention of going to college to become a Nurse. One day, I stopped into my local AT & T Store in the small town of Glasgow, KY and well— the rest is history! When I was hired, this location was owned by Spring Mobile, before the Prime acquisition. With the guidance and Leadership from my Manager, Sheri Hardin, I worked my way to ASM within 6 months and then took over my very first Store as RSM 3 months after that! With college on hold and in the back of my mind, I was an RSM for 9 months before deciding to take a step back down to an RSC to finish college and get my degree. I worked as an RSC throughout the rest of college and continued developing my Leadership skills. After COVID-19 hit and I graduated college with my Bachelor of Arts in Advertising, a Minor in Sales, and a Certificate in UX/UI Design, I decided to stay with Prime due to a tough job market. I took on the ASM role in my Flagship Store and shortly after, my amazing District Manager, Julia Rony, pushed me out of my comfort zone to become an RSM of a Regular store. After proving my success in a Regular store, I was promoted to a Battleship location outside of Nashville, TN, where I developed 2 RSMs and completed the Elevate Program! I now run an awesome Team of 9 RSMs and Reps in Milwaukee, WI!
