I am passionate about helping individuals and organizations reach their goals and create environments for optimal performance. My past experience has placed me in a unique position to understand human dynamics from a variety of different perspectives. Graduate level work in business analytics, organizational leadership, and people analytics as well as undergraduate work in sport psychology and economics has allowed me to design development programs in the following general areas: leadership development, change management, scenario planning, organization development and design, innovation, design thinking, culture, motivation, and goal setting.
