Dr.N.S.Narahari is currently the Professor in the Department of the Industrial Engineering & Management at RV College of engineering Bangalore. Till recently he was the Dean Placement & Training, taking responsibility for building the placement department at RVCE. He has seen that RVCE students gain access to the Best of the opportunities in the Industries & Corporates.He was responsible for designing & implementing a modular personality orientation program for the Undergraduate & Post Graduate Students of the Institution. He has held the post of Director and then Dean of Placement & Training for 8 long years building a strong culture of training, placements & industry interaction with a number of industrial houses. He has overseen the steady growth in the Quantity & Quality of offers made to the students in his campus. He was also responsible for instituting a number of corporate scholarships for the needy students in the Campus. All along he continued contributing to the academics by taking courses at the undergraduate and post graduate level in the industrial engineering discipline of study.
