   Coordinate services for a 3500 church member church working with Pastoral Team, Pastors, Worship Team, and Volunteer staff •Serve as assistant to Music Director and Vocal Director•Coordinate and facilitate band and vocalist rehearsal, vocalists and audio visual technicians •Served as an assistant to the Operations Director, duties include maintaining personnel files, performing secretarial duties, and assisting with budget and payroll for music ministry staff and projects•Maintain calendar for all outside performance engagements and auditions•Responsible for coordinating meeting logistics which include creating room assignments, booking transportation, organizing conference activities, and planning logistics for the annual department meetings •Serve as floor manager for weekly Sunday services •Manage pre, on-site and post-event operations for special services including catering, managing contracted staff, talent coordination and set design.
