As a Regional Senior Vice President of Retail Banking at German American, I lead a team of 35 professionals in delivering exceptional financial services to our customers and communities. With over 5 years of experience in this role, I have successfully managed a deposit and consumer loan portfolio and achieved outstanding results in loan growth, new household growth, new income generation, and referrals to business partners. I am also passionate about continuous improvement and leadership development, and I have participated in and overseen multiple corporate projects that have enhanced the efficiency, quality, and profitability of our operations.
