I’m a technology leader with 13+ years of hands-on experience designing, operating, and scaling complex IT environments. I currently serve as Chief Technology Officer at cloudIT, where I focus on technical strategy, service architecture, automation, security platforms, and building scalable, reliable solutions for both our clients and our internal teams.My background spans nearly every layer of IT, including firewalls, switching, routing, wireless, VoIP, VMware, SANs, workstations, circuits, low-voltage cabling, and modern cloud and security architectures. That deep technical foundation, paired with a strong commitment to customer care and operational excellence, has shaped how I lead and how I design solutions.Earlier in my career at cloudIT, I led our Network Operations Center and helped mature our data center operations, backup stability, and proactive monitoring platforms, with a strong emphasis on automation and efficiency as we grew as an MSP. I also played a key role in evolving cloudIT into a provider-led SASE platform, delivering SASE as a service from our own data centers while strengthening our core networking architecture.As cloudIT continued to scale, my role expanded into solutions and sales enablement partnering closely with teams and clients to design right-fit, future-ready solutions and improving the handoff between sales and service. Today, as CTO, I’m focused on aligning technology with business outcomes, enabling growth, and ensuring our platforms, services, and teams are built to scale responsibly.At my core, I love technology. I’m driven by understanding how systems work, how they fail, and how to make them better so technology becomes an enabler, not an obstacle.
