ABOUT NICOLÒ SCODITTI
I am a seasoned professional in corporate finance with over 15 years of experience. I have worked as a Senior Analyst in M&A at Arner Bank and as an M&A Manager at CapitaLink Corporate Finance. I currently serve as the Global Coordinator for Hybris Corporate Finance. Throughout my career, I have collaborated on a series of significant structured projects, including the turnaround plan for Carrozzeria Bertone, the agreement with creditors of Fondazione San Raffaele del Monte Tabor, the acquisition of Driade SpA, the turnaround business plan of the IVRI group, the acquisition of Aulab by the Multiversity Group, the IPO of Yakkyo SpA, and the turnaround plan for the Pescaria Group. I have managed numerous M&A and financial restructuring operations, both in Italy and cross-border, primarily in the consumer goods, transportation and logistics, private security, education, and automotive sectors. I boast a significant track record in complex financial restructuring operations, including bankruptcy procedures. I have also gained considerable experience in fundraising activities for startups and innovative SMEs through venture capital investment rounds and IPOs. My expertise encompasses strategic planning for internationalization processes, with a focus on the Middle East. Accredited as an Innovation Manager by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, I am also a finance lecturer in several Italian business schools, author of manuals for accountants and accounting experts, and a member of the steering committee for the Puglia and Basilicata section of ANDAF (Italian Association of CFOs). I also serve as an Investment Committee Member of Sullivan Ventures, an investment holding company, and a Delegate to the National Assembly of Manageritalia Executive Professional for the Puglia, Calabria, and Basilicata section. From 2018 to 2025, I served as Head of Finance and Board Member at Aulab, one of Italy’s leading edtech scaleups, where I played a key role in driving the company’s growth, funding strategy, and corporate governance through its scale-up phase.
