Assists in developing, implementing and overseeing services to support a diverse clientele to achieve their employment and skills development goals- Responsible for contract negotiations and administration of approved projects with external funders - Employment Ontario (EO) & EO in partnership with WCG Services Inc, managing the financial and legal contractual agreements related to these projects- Responsible for the ongoing development, evaluation and continuous improvement of the Employment Services (ES), Integrated Employment Services Delivery (IESD) and Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG) programs providing support to Community Services Supervisors across all Next-Step Employment Centre sites- Provide management, coaching and leadership to ensure ongoing and effective communication among staff, community partners and stakeholders- Participate in the development of Community Services’ vision and strategic plan- Identify business, government and community opportunities; developing strategic alliances through both internal/external networking- Implement, monitor, review and report on yearly program/service performances, priorities and goals- Ensure that accountability, accuracy and outcome requirements are met for all programs and services
