As the Global Head of Technology & Innovation at Commerz Real AG, I lead the unit that is responsible for the IT strategy, architecture, delivery, and IT-operations of the company. I have over 15 years of experience in technology enabled business transformation, consulting, and IT management in the financial services industry.I am passionate about leveraging cloud, DevOps, and agility to create value for the business and the customers, as well as implementing new models of IT organization and governance. I also share my knowledge and expertise as a visiting lecturer at various universities in Germany, teaching topics such as software engineering, IT project management, and scaled agility. My goal is to inspire and empower the next generation of IT leaders and innovators.
