I believe in the power of storytelling to drive social change for human rights.Over my last four years at Advancement Project, I\'ve positioned our organization as a leading voice in racial justice, securing coverage in outlets like Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, MSNBC, and The Washington Post. As Managing Director of Communications, I am relentlessly committed to bringing compelling stories to new audiences and crafting narratives that challenge systems of oppression.Whether positioning domestic workers as essential during the pandemic, defending asylum seekers\' rights during the family separation crisis, or advocating for a world where people of color are free and safe, I\'ve focused on demonstrating the human impact of international and public policy. This includes building narrative power that advances racial justice and human rights, developing communications strategies that amplify the stories of impacted people, leading teams that think strategically and execute flawlessly, and creating content that moves audiences from awareness to action.
