   This is a post merger continuation of the SunTrust position.As the Senior Art Director, I created a new look and feel for the Internal Cyber Security Educational material which gained over 200% teammate participation within the first 3 months.I prefer to keep a hands on approach to my Art Direction. I believe all revisions are a teaching opportunity, and keep myself busy with some of the more challenging requests.Some of the duties performed in this position include:• Created a style guide and reusable vector graphic assets library which includes character poses, props, backgrounds, graphic elements, icons, and templates.• Schedule all incoming graphic requests for production.• Oversee design production and assist where necessary to meet appropriate deadlines.• Approve the use of our new look and feel on all outgoing materials.• Pitch and execute new and exciting ways to deliver our educational material to teammates within the available resources and budget.• Helped design and overseeing the production of an internal teammate gamification mobile app. • Manage our department’s Sharepoint intranet page. • Manage art related vendor relationships with concerns to my particular department.• Manage the production of 1-2 animated shorts per month. Including writing scripts, approving storyboards, animation, and final edit.• Hire and manage graphic design contractors as needed.Unfortunately, all of the work I am doing in this position is internal and I am bound under contract not to post samples.
