   Working on the Fraud Prevention team to improve reporting and analysis on real-time credit transaction data.• Created over 50 automated monitoring pipelines (SQL, SAS, Airflow) analyzing terabytes of real-time credit and debit transaction data daily/weekly/monthly to alert all interested parties of concerning data anomalies, model validation metrics, potential risk gaps, KPI shifts, and other general ‘data health’ updates. • Developed KPIs (visualized through interactive Tableau dashboards) that were adopted department-wide to identify the optimal amount of fraud in the case resolution space by comparing fraudulent case verification costs against operational costs (agent time, top-of-wallet losses, and customer experience).• Identified a major, decade-long data governance/compliance issue and lead a cross-functional remediation effort (Legal, Engineering, Executive Leadership) through the entire resolution process, from initial awareness to final verification. Ultimately mitigating over $32M dollars in potential fines. • Worked cross-functionally to clearly establish ownership and accountability of various rules, treatments, and KPIs across multiple fraud data science teams (First Party, Account Takeover, Transactional, etc.). • Provided both detailed and high-level analysis on two major data migration projects. One focused on updating hundreds of SAS rules (optimization); the other focusing on properly transitioning all Discover accounts and fraud data to Capital One.
