I joined Rea Jet to establish the Marketing operations of the North America subsidiary for this German based company. Today, I create and execute marketing strategies that build brand awareness, ensure messaging consistency among the sales team and drive more qualified leads. I researched and executed a complete redesign of the company website, including moving it to a U.S-based hosting platform and incorporating SEO tactics, improved design and defined tracking metrics to improve qualified leads. I implemented and manage an online chat feature to better capture prospects as qualified leads. Within 1 year of the website launch, qualified leads increased by 125+%. I also identified and implemented a new CRM system to improve web and phone lead verification and management and initiated an email marketing platform to boost marketing outreach. I manage all data research for 30+ leads per month and conduct market research on potential clients, creating targeted marketing campaigns to reach those prospects. I develop and manage trade show and conference strategy and planning for 8-12 annual shows, including pre- and post-show prospect campaigns. I manage all external marketing efforts, including collateral material development, presence marketing, sponsorship opportunities and paid advertising.
