My background brings an unusual perspective to this work: I studied AI infrastructure through a geopolitical lens in graduate school, examining US-China competition, supply chains, and national AI policy platforms.As a native English and Mandarin Chinese speaker, I bring cross-cultural fluency and strategic thinking to operational challenges.
