There\'s never been a more exciting to time to join United Airlines. We\'re leaders in the fight against climate change, we\'ve made huge investments in the future of our fleet and we have abundant opportunities through our new and expanded route networks. Our technologies are award winning; our tech teams have made customer centric innovations that make travel easy and personalized. However, the most important asset that we have at United is our people; our United Family. I am proud to lead the team responsible for attracting and recruiting talent that will take us to the next level. At United, I lead Corporate, Commercial, Campus and Sourcing teams. I\'ve been tasked with re-centralizing the TA function, rebuilding the team with talented recruiters and sourcers and re-imagining our technology stack. We\'re laser focused on telling the #uniquelyunited story to our candidates; from starting the industry\'s first aviation academy geared towards increasing our pipeline of diverse and female pilots, to growing our airline by over the next 5 years.
