Nqobile “Billé” Chitimbire is a strategic, purpose-driven executive with over a decade of leadership across fintech, banking, and investing. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Esusu, where he has played a pivotal role in scaling the company from early-stage growth through institutional maturity, strengthening core operations, governance, risk infrastructure, and enterprise execution while driving measurable positive and financial impact.Prior to Esusu, Billé held roles across finance, risk, and investment strategy at Barclays Investment Bank, Bank Leumi USA, and Flushing Financial, building deep expertise in capital and liquidity management, credit and lending, enterprise risk, financial resilience, and institutional governance.Beyond his operating role, he drives investments, through Africa Growth LLC, an investment platform focused on fintech, energy, agritech and water with active projects in Sub-Saharan Africa, advancing sustainable development through commercially viable, scalable capital deployment.Billé holds a Master’s in International Business and Policy from Georgetown University and a BS in Finance and Economics from Adelphi University (Magna Cum Laude). He has passed Levels I and II of the CFA Program and is a recipient of Adelphi University’s “10 Under 10” Alumni Award.
