I\'m a design leader with 6 years of experience in creating and scaling products for 9,500 business clients worldwide. My specialty is making complex systems simple and efficient. Under my leadership, a team of 3 designers and 10 developers created an effective management system for a betting service, encompassing 20 modules and 524 sections that are continuously expanding. As the head of the design team in an international company with a presence in over 12 markets, I succeed in not only transforming the appearance of products but also rethinking business processes, methods, and approaches to design. My commitment to innovative design, combined with strategic user research, enables the creation of exceptional user experiences, particularly in startup environments where flexibility and speed in decision-making are required. Over the past year at my current company, I reorganized the design process, reducing development costs. I transitioned our design system to tokens and optimized the development process.
