   As the a Director of Philanthropic Gifts at Fred Hutch I manage a portfolio of 100+ donors and donor prospects implementing personalized strategies for engaging with the Fred Hutch. I serve as the primary faculty partner for the Bladder and Urologic unit and serve as a partner to the Prostate unit. Some highlights thus far include- Closed several new donor $100K+ gifts and a complex $1M gift for pancreatic cancer- Developing meaningful patient family fundraising plans- Building meaningful relationships with Bladder and Prostate faculty and unit partners- Served as a co-lead for the Philanthropy BIPOC Caucus (now retired)- Co-Developed and Co-Lead the Hutch Advance Philanthropy Program Internship, a 10-week internship program for deserving college students to gain experience in philanthropy- Presented at the 2024 AFP Icon Conference with Advancement Resources on building relationship with faculty and unit partners- Ask me about the best taco truck in SLU and what makes a great donor tour
