I currently work with Pejy Kash Events, a boutique event planning and design firm known for curating high-end, editorial-style productions under the creative direction of Pejy Kash.My background is rooted in law and leadership. I hold a Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law with a focus on admiralty and insurance law, alongside certifications in mediation and divorce mediation. I’ve served as a Harbor Master and marine operations lead, managing teams, coordinating vessel logistics, and overseeing multimillion-dollar marine assets. These experiences shaped my understanding of high-stakes environments, risk, discretion, and client service.Over the years, I’ve worked within private clubs, luxury yachts, and member-based organizations where the expectations are exacting and the client experience is everything. My career has always revolved around anticipating needs, managing details, and building trust with discerning clientele.I hold a Master of Science in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, where I focused on strategic leadership, finance, operational excellence, and sustainability.
