Lead cross-functional efforts to bring new products from concept to market while delivering rapid-response technical support, on-site installations, and component-level repairs to minimize customer downtime.• Travel to client sites within a 100 km radius to diagnose and replace faulty industrial displays/HMIs; successfully restore production lines to full operation within one hour, preventing extended downtime and supporting continuous manufacturing operations.• Spearhead assigned innovation projects from ideation through implementation, including PCB design (using Altium Designer & EasyEDA) and coordination with suppliers for fabrication and timely delivery.• Lead engineering change management processes to ensure smooth new product launches, adherence to guidelines, and high-quality standards.• Design and develop custom embedded systems for automation upgrades, including current flagship project: Converting high-voltage manual metal-cutting band saws to low-voltage semi-automatic operation by HMI design, RS485 communication, and embedded controls for improved efficiency and safety.• Provide expert on-call technical support and electromechanical troubleshooting as a bandsaw repair technician for Tri-County Saw Services (sister company), diagnosing and repairing hydraulic systems, misting units, sensors, coolant pumps, and driver/idler wheel assemblies.• Collaborate closely with customers and sales teams to understand requirements, source parts, resolve technical inquiries, and coordinate cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market.• Perform in-house repairs and on-site installations of Monitech products, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
