About Nitin Pachisia
Working in service of entrepreneurs. Solving structural problems with legal, financial and technical innovation to help entrepreneurs start and build great businesses. Founded Unshackled Ventures in 2014 and introduced a solution to help immigrant founders on visas start companies without being shackled by immigration status. Learnt a ton of lessons while building Unshackled and by working closely with portfolio founders. Now building Keywork, bringing the same founder-first thinking to the real-economy, which is largely unserved by institutional investors. Massive industries with great entrepreneurs/operators, wanting to build fundamentally strong businesses. What\'s need is a capital structure that works for them, and a software solution that enables them. We are combining the two at Keywork to build a generation of AI-native real-economy businesses. This will be fun!
