I am currently working as the Operations Director at Voktis, where my role is to manage operation functions of the business, strategise how technology can help the organisation grow in scale and become more successful. Working collaboratively with other key departments to maintain business policies and financial planning, my role includes:\\\\n\\\\n- Formulating and implementing business continuity and disaster recovery plans\\\\n- Manage the financial aspects of the business, including purchasing and budgeting\\\\n- Design & Develop a full set of KPI\'s relevant to the areas of responsibility, to ensure that the team can be managed/driven to meet SLA/Customer satisfaction targets\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
