Project 3 – Business support to launch a payment institution || Client: Maymouna Finance – Morocco - Created test plans, performed functional tests on mobile and web applications and reported defects - Documented training materials (e.g. procedures, user guides) to support the change management process- Delivered training sessions to end user trainers and client partners. Project 4 – Implementation of Temenos Transact core banking system (CBS)|| Client: Banque Centrale Populaire (BCP) – Morocco (01/2020 – 07/2020)- Created technical and functional user guides for Temenos Transact configurations- Developed preferential pricing test plans and validated them with key stakeholders.
