ABOUT NOYANA KHATONIAR
Passionate about advancing adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), menstrual health and hygiene (MHM), and addressing gender-based violence, I have led and supported a range of capacity-building initiatives across diverse communities and regions. My work includes designing and facilitating Training of Trainers (ToTs) programs that equip stakeholders with the knowledge and tools to advocate for and implement SRHR and MHM interventions effectively. With hands-on experience in research design, tool development, proposal drafting, and conducting participatory studies and evaluations—particularly across the North Eastern states of India—I bring a strong field-based and analytical approach to understanding complex social issues. Holding an academic foundation in Political Science and Public Administration, I approach health, gender, and rights through the lens of social determinants, intersectionality, and equitable policy access.
