As a PhD Scholar at Chinmaya Vishwavidyapeeth, I am passionate about exploring the psychological aspects of Domestic Violence, Trauma and its Lived Experience. I have published a paper in the International Journal of Publication, where I examined the theoretical foundations of Liberalism and its effects on domestic violence against women in India.I have also developed skills in psychotherapy and counseling psychology, which I apply to help individuals and groups cope with various mental health issues and challenges. I have completed multiple courses and workshops on topics such as cognitive behavioral therapy and Domestic Violence. I aspire to contribute to the advancement of psychological knowledge and practice, and to empower people to achieve their full potential, contributing to the world at large.
